Review Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 A (2016) – Tabletowo.pl

currently, manufacturers are reluctant to create a new tablet with 7-inch screens. This is mainly due to the declining customer interest in such devices, but fortunately there is still some companies that are trying to refresh its offer in this segment. A perfect example would be Samsung and their new Galaxy Tab 7.0 A (2016), which thoroughly checked for the past several days. Undoubtedly, this is a very unique proposition, because most of the recent news of low-priced distinguished by larger, 8-inch displays. What can you write about Tab A (2016)? Is value for money?

The casing is a strong point, although it is made entirely of plastic. The advantage is surely slightly rubberized rear flap. Definitely positively translates into a tablet comfortable to hold in your hand, in addition to all of it does not slip. On board there were also a microSD card slot. In terms of design we are dealing with a typical Samsung and definitely no different from other Galaxy Tab with panoramic displays.

However, the Koreans definitely no effort, if we look at the technical data. Weak, quad-core processor Spreadtrum SC7730S (the same can be found in … Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite) with 1.5GB of RAM an average duo, but in practice doing well, and manages the whole Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Touchwiz overlay. At this point it is worth to write about the cameras 5 and 2 megapixels, battery of 4000 mAh, and a pretty good TFT LCD display with a resolution of HD.

WIDEORECENZJA

DESIGN, QUALITY PERFORMANCE

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 a (2016) is made entirely of plastic. Appearance is no different from other products from the range of Koreans, which is hardly both plus and minus – simply we are dealing with a conservative design. Undoubtedly, however, each element forms a coherent whole. An interesting procedure is to use the back of rubberized plastic, very pleasant to the touch – in a sense the successor of artificial leather flip-flops, which is better suited to everyday use.

One of the most important, if not the most important advantages of the reviewed Galaxy Taba its size. Tablets with 7-inch screens are slowly fading into history and it is a fact that needs to be reconciled. This is mainly due to the fact that smartphones hold a currently displays exceeding 5 inches, and in the face of such changes small tablet partially lost its meaning. After all, there are still customers who are looking for just such a product. Well, that Samsung continues to create models Tabs these dimensions – the equipment is distinguished by its compact design and easily will be able to take it anywhere. In addition to comfortably and securely in the hand. In this category Koreans deserve praise, although the frame around the display could be a bit narrower.

The quality of workmanship and fit of the individual components is high. So far, the situation in the budget tablet Samsung did not look as colorful, but Galaxy Tab 7.0 A (2016) confirms that the manufacturer has improved significantly in this topic. All physical buttons, ie. Home, power, and volume perfectly adhere to the rest of the structure. Tablet creaks and gives the impression of a solid and resistant. Deserves praise the fact that after several days of testing-reviewed model still looks as fresh as out of the box – hard to find for him any figure. It is a pity, however, that the screen rather quickly palcuje and the norm is a frequent need to wipe it.

the front of this, of course, largely a 7-inch screen with a resolution of HD. Beneath it are three function buttons: physical Home, and the sides touch: the last application and back. What is worth mentioning at this point, they are not illuminated – it is especially annoying when you consume it equipment at night. Above the screen we find the standard duo for tablets: a webcam and a set of sensors.

At the rear, in turn, we have a slightly protruding eye camera, multimedia speaker, about which more later in the review, and below – the manufacturer’s logo. On the top edge of the tablet was located microUSB 2.0 port, headphone jack 3.5 mm, in parallel while you will see a microphone. The left side of the Taba A 7.0 hides a microSD card slot to 128GB, right turn – power buttons and volume.

DISPLAY

diagonal 7 inches translates into a compact whole. As for the tablet, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 A (2016) is a compact device that is always and everywhere we can pack into your bag or backpack. For many people, the size of the display is the golden mean. Looking at the current market shows that most consumers prefer structures with larger displays. From this perspective on the market, offering Koreans is a real last samurai, but, unfortunately, only the low-end.

the display holds a HD resolution, or more precisely by writing to 1280 x 800 pixels, which translates into a density of pixels per inch on the level of 216 points. In normal use, text is sharp enough . however, when we look at smaller font, then the perception of the individual pixels is not a major challenge. in this price class Tab a falls but good. All in all, it is difficult to expect in such a model full HD, which would reflect very negatively on the performance of the device.

color reproduction is correct. Their saturation definitely should be considered as natural, but unfortunately we do not have the possibility of additional calibration settings. We get for reading mode, which optimizes the screen image so tired eyes, to a lesser extent – when reading or browsing the Internet at night irreplaceable thing. Viewing angles are fully satisfactory. As befits a matrix TFT LCD with a larger deviation of Contents lose drastically contrast, although they are still well legible. Here it is difficult to fault Tabowi serious.

In the options vain to look for automatic adjustment of brightness – Samsung decided to save on the use of the light sensor. In addition, the implemented mode Outdoors, which for up to 15 minutes increases the brightness of the screen, which significantly facilitates the use of the tablet on a sunny day outside. Under these conditions a little annoyed with reflections on the display, but all we can see what is currently displayed. Praise for the clarity it deserves minimal. In the darkness, you can go ahead and use the full potential of opportunities Galaxy Tab And without przymrużania eyes.
