One of the hottest, smartfonowych Prime Minister already has official date – Samsung Galaxy Note 7 (yes, 7 no 6) debut already on August 2 in New York. And we will be there!
This traffic could be expected. Samsung officially decided to leave a quickie in wyliczance and assign his oncoming, professional flagowcowi quickie “7″, as consumer devices Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.
How do we know? Well, the invitation that Samsung was sent to the media, inviting to the conference Unpacked. Much earlier than expected because already on the 2nd of August. But this is a very good strategy – thus Samsung avoid overlapping its launch with the debut of the new iPhone (which we have already seen in previous years) and the IFA trade fair to be held in early September in Berlin.
So … what do we know about the upcoming super-smartphone Samsung? what will be the Galaxy Note 7?
From what reported unofficial sources, the Galaxy Note 7 will be really super-smartphone . and no wonder. the line Note has always been on the shelf above the line of Galaxy S, and that this year overtake models S7 and S7 Edge, really need something special.
We expect the specifications of the absolutely top-notch – new the Exynos 8893 (or Snapdragon 821, depending on the region), which will be even faster than the systems used in this year’s Galaxy S7. SoC is to be supported by 6 GB of memory, and in the back we see the same 12 megapixels sensor, as in the Galaxy S7 Edge and S7.
Similarly as in the case of S7 Edge we will have to deal with a curved screen with a resolution qHD sAMOLED, but it is a slightly larger diagonal – of 5.7 “. The first unofficial and unconfirmed images also show that in general we have to deal with a little more smartphone than the Galaxy S7 Edge.
The device will also be thicker. Partly in order to fit the stylus S-Pen from the Note series takes its name, and in part also there (we hope) to accommodate larger battery cell. Some sources speak of a capacity of 3600 mAh, the other of 4000 mAh. We would be very happy with the second variant.
If someone was counting on the return of a removable battery and removable rear flaps – sternly to convert. Samsung has no intention to abandon the language of design, which initiated the Galaxy S6, and then continued models S6 Edge Plus and Note 5.
The Galaxy Note 7 will thus be the same glass and aluminum as the rest flagowców company. But it will also resistant to dust and water, certified IP68.
What distinguish it from the Galaxy S7?
If you believe the unconfirmed reports in addition to the stylus S-Pen and specifications of this year two more features will differentiate the Galaxy Note 7 against the rest of the flagowców company. If you would now assess the upcoming Galaxy Note 7, I would have to say it is … painfully predictable. But there is nothing wrong with that. All indications are that Samsung will show the device absolutely the best of the best, facing the most demanding users.
And also to those of the most affluent portfolio, because there is no doubt that the Galaxy Note 7 will be a hell of an expensive smartphone. Some sources say the price of $ 100. higher than the Galaxy S7 Edge. However, knowing the Polish market, obstawiałbym 3999 zł for the base 64-gigabyte version.
Expensive, yes. But if someone wants to be objectively the best and most powerful smartphone on the market – and this promises to be a Galaxy Note 7 – must be ready for the liner on the table an adequate amount of cash.
