It was on the models of these two operators, users complain the most. Find that it’s out of the box smartphone is working properly, but later (a lack of rules – per day, for four, in a few hours), the screen stops moving, despite enabled autorotation. For some functions, eg. Camera mode, the user interface is turned upside down.
What is worse is not helping either reset the device or restore the factory settings. Customers who submitted the complaint receive new models of smartphones, however, they also exhibit the same fault. Of course, this does not include each item.
It is not known exactly what causes defects – whether it is a hardware problem where the accelerometer fails or just a matter of software. For now, Samsung has not issued any statement on the matter.
