When Samsung unveiled the world model Round, virtually everyone assumed that it is only a curiosity, which Koreans quickly withdraw. Partially confirmed is another smartphone with a curved, but otherwise display – Note Edge. All the time, however, on-screen revolution kept away from the S series until now. Up to the Galaxy S6 Edge, who just came into our hands.
The first contact with the smartphone is at least intriguing, even looking at him perfectly right angle we simply smartphone – like many others. But it is enough to grab it in hand to see that something is wrong – made of metal edges are too sharp for a device of this thickness.
And thus, quite quickly, even without turning on the screen, we get to know the biggest difference between the Galaxy and Galaxy S6 S6 Edge. “Tightening” edge-specific profiling resulted because the front of the smartphone, which allowed the use of the setting of the display gently from side to side. Not as much as the Galaxy Note Edge and also without most of those features, but in a way, which is pretty hard to miss.
Especially when you turn on your smartphone, when we see a truly impressive image, giving an impression that … used more space than is available. Same frame are not, the thinnest (although with this arrangement is difficult to compare them to the classic), but even so the effect is.
I definitely impressive, while not interfering with normal use. The display is indeed a lot of reasons to impress, even if he was not bent on both sides. As a consolation, really well performs integrated fingerprint reader, which no longer requires dragging your finger and just application of it, what should be the solution to the original, and not as to which Samsung had to occur for a long time. How does it work? Almost perfectly. For more than 100 tests carried out, S6 Edge did not give myself advice about 2-3 times, even though some attempts have been really weird.
