Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge was officially presented at the beginning of March. Along with the flagship smartphones Koreans also announced owned mobile payment system, Pay, and the new version of TouchWiz overlay. Software stripped of unnecessary features, and a large number of pre-installed applications previously not been added by the manufacturer. The latest information shows that Samsung listen to the opinions of its customers and is going to allow them also to the cassation part of the software that survived the process of “slimming” TouchWiz.
Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge have preinstalled apps Samsung, Google and Microsoft. Users of the new models will, however, be able to choose to remove some of the useless programs they believe. This applies even OneDrive’a, OneNote’a and Skype, as mentioned in the list of applications, there are also proprietary solutions Koreans – S Voice and S Health. They can be deleted as programs developed by Google – Gmail, Google+, Google, Play Music, Play Movies & amp; TV, Play Games, Drive, and more.
Of course, this is hardly a big breakthrough, but the whole is a nice gesture on the part of the manufacturer. It seems unlikely that all users need the full package added by Samsung applications and very well that some of them can be simply removed.
In conclusion, it is worth mentioning that started as early as the official presale S6 and S6 Galaxy Edge in Poland. Unfortunately, smartphones are not the cheapest – basic version of flagship of 32 GB of memory was estimated at 2999 zł, while the model with a curved screen costs at least 3599 zł.
