It’s easy to guess what gives very thin, metal frame – slight, but nevertheless constantly accompanying discomfort caused by pressing the palms on something just sharp (or perhaps more “ostrawego”). There will slot itself this box hand, but it’s exactly the same feeling as in the case Note Edge. It’s just that on both sides.
And yes, after a few days you get used to that feeling and it actually ceases to disturb him, but still the question remains whether this could not be solved in a different way.
Not only this part of the frame is slightly sharper than it should. Also, the wider portion at the top and bottom of the phone extend slightly beyond the screen and the drag from the center of the screen can be sensed. It is not an exaggeration – even off is fascinating, and when I run it, we have trouble believing that this is not a prototype, and the phone from the future, and something that almost anyone can buy in a random phone shop.

It is difficult to state clearly assess whether the frame on the left and right of the screen are thick or not. On the one hand, there are ultra-thin, but on the other hand, most phones at this point to the side wall, and not the screen. So we can even say that … in general they do not.
Of course Galaxy S6 Edge in many ways an ordinary phone. It is hard to deny that visually Galaxy S6 Edge looks just great.

In fact, the only in terms of what you accuse Edge’owi project, apart from these unfortunate edges, is that taken back alive from the S6, which just moderately fit the curved screen. On the one hand we have a beautifully flowing down the side screen, on the other hand … almost flat as a table back. This little bites, although it may be simply a matter of taste.
The quality of the
I do not recall that I ever wrote something similar about any Samsung product, but here is simply impossible to write anything else. In terms of quality is a product of a complete, finished.

Technically, it is so great, but there are two questions. First, whether the curved screen gives you anything at all. And secondly, if by chance you do not mind, and does not make the workspace seems smaller, less readable content, and use more difficult.
The answer to the first question is quite complicated. Yes, this gadget. Yes, you can safely live without him. Yes, it lacks a (seemingly) functions Note Edge. But this does not mean that it is not able to offer anything. First of all, all the gestures and actions implemented using the edge of the machine, as well as the accompanying animation seem more natural and more logical.
Yes, perhaps over the years we have become accustomed to the fact that “the edge of something is” and simply slide your finger in the direction of the screen to bring up eg. an additional menu, but does not have to be all that obvious. It made quite an impression on the strength of the idea a little bit.
Here is a different – a little like, like content that develop on the side were hidden behind the screen and just pull them to the front.
