Samsung Electronics confirmed that the world has stopped selling smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note 7, after the explosion there were 35 cases of these devices when connected to the charger. Polish branch of the company is asking owners of these smartphones to transmit it to verify.
The Communication Samsung Electronics Poland reported that after conducted by meticulous investigation revealed problems battery in smartphones Samsung Galaxy Note 7 – worldwide so far recorded 35 such cases. As reported today, in some cases defective battery when connected to the charger exploded.
The company announced that it has stopped selling Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The Polish branch asks holders of these smartphones contact an authorized service – through the telephone hotline 801 672 678 and +48 22 607 93 33 or directly (full list of services can be found at samsung.pl).
– the devices will be subjected to a thorough verification and returned with proven battery or the customer will receive a new copy in the case of identification disadvantages. The entire process can take up to several weeks – the company says. – We are aware of the disadvantages which are inherent to this situation, but we want to be sure that Samsung provides its customers with products of the highest quality. We work closely with our partners to ensure that the process of replacing the devices will be as convenient and efficient as possible – provides.
