Work will commence, as the company Echo Investment has won the largest in its history credit. Entered into a credit agreement with a syndicate of banks BZ WBK SA, Erste Group Bank AG in the amount of 342 million euros and – most important for us – zł 15 million for the extension of the Galaxy in Szczecin and refinancing of commercial projects SEMI in Wroclaw.
As part of Szczecin’s investments will change too, all your previous elevation of the building.

He said in this regard Gregory Iwanski, Head of Finance of Echo Investment:
– This is one of the most critical assets held by Echo Investment Group. Therefore, we are looking for unique conditions of the financing for the portfolio. We hope that the next package to refinance our projects, planned for the beginning of next year, will be implemented as a competitive financial conditions.
The expansion project Galaxy drew up a workshop Open Architects. After the changes will get modern shopping avenue with children. It was meant as a place not only for the purpose of shopping, but also as a meeting place for the residents of Szczecin and arrived at the shop from the region. The new Galaxy will receive the spacious inner square, and the whole is covered with a glass roof.
The project will completely change the look of the shopping – entertainment center and will certainly raise competitiveness in relation to the nearby Cascades. After the extension, the Galaxy will have close to 60 thousand. sqm. of retail space, shops and the offer will be extended by another 200 stores. Also will increase the number of parking spaces for cars up to 1500.
