Samsung Galaxy S5 with ARM cores - TELEPOLIS.PL

ARM has confirmed that talks with Samsung on the Cortex-M cores that have hit the first 64-bit Exynos. 2015 years ARM will be ready to launch a 128-bit mobile processors.

New Exynosy eight-core 64-bit architecture to hit the Samsung Galaxy S5, which (if a previous leak check) will be presented at the beginning of 2014.

Interestingly, already in 2015 we can expect a 128-bit chips for smartphones. This architecture is designed to allow efficient handling of applications and advanced biometric facial recognition technology.
