LG presents even more remarkable than Samsung phablet … – PC World

In the course of the ongoing CES 2015 in Las Vegas, the Korean company LG unveiled phablet with a huge screen. The equipment is reminiscent of the Samsung Galaxy Edge because of the curved screen. LG has gone one step further, and the screen occurs at both edges of the device.

At IFA 2014 in Berlin, Samsung showed unusual device. Galaxy Note Edge of equipment specifications and appearance similar to phabletu Galaxy Note 4. Note Edge is distinguished by an unusual screen. The display is not flat and overlap with one edge of the device. This does not, however, extend the workspace, and can be displayed side phabletu additional widgets and notifications.

LG also wanted to have something similar to the Galaxy Note Edge in its product portfolio. At the January 2015 CES in Las Vegas unveiled its own phablet with a curved screen.

Specifications display new hardware from LG, as opposed to Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, unfortunately leaves something to be desired. The manufacturer decided to OLED-head, 6-inch screen with a resolution of only 720p.

So far, LG equipment with a curved screen on both sides is just a concept. It is not known if and when he comes out of the prototype stage, if the machine ever goes to end customers, and what will be the target specification. It is possible that the version for consumers will be during the fair MWC 2015 in Barcelona.
