Samsung refreshes … Galaxy S4 Mini – PC World

Samsung made quite an interesting move and decided to
  refresh your smartphone from 2,013 years . Talking about
  Galaxy S4 mini , which debuted in the sale of two
 years ago. Without much fanfare, in Europe there is a new
 variant of the smartphone, which is marketed under the name
  Galaxy S4 mini plus or Galaxy S4 mini
 VE (Value Edition).
